In an old La Redoute building measuring 12,000 m2, Blanchemaille is EuraTechnologies’ specialist incubator and accelerator for startups in digital commerce and retail.

Project developers and entrepreneurs will find themselves immersed in the heart of a community devoted to digital commerce and innovation in RetailTech, with over 280 employees, 46 companies and more than 50 startup projects in incubation.
Blanchemaille, former home of mail-order shopping in northern France, has been chosen by many major companies, either as a base for their teams or to develop innovative projects: Sergic and Syndic One, Devred, SaleSupply, Match supermarkets, and more; not to mention training centres including the Showroom Privé foundation’s Ecole des Métiers du e-commerce, and POP School.

The Blanchemaille building offers function rooms for hire as well as a fully equipped real estate hub with individual offices, open areas, and units in the coworking space.
PropTech Incubator
EuraTechnologies made a release announcement for its new incubator dedicated to PropTech in february 2020, settled in Roubaix’s campus.
PropTech are real estate technologies (property management, property renovation and sales, energy transition, smart building, legal activities and community life). This program is entirely free (price and fees) for any startup and supported by EuraTechnologies and its first involved corporate partners : VINCI Energies, VINCI Immobilier, the private cluster Maille’Immo and its cofounders : Sergic, Dalkia and Nacarat.
